“My experience with Ingman Marine has been 5 star across the board since I purchased my Cobia 237 in July 2020. Scott (Sales) and Gene (The manager) were a pleasure to deal with during the purchase process. The service department has been outstanding!! I have never said that about any service department in my life. I caused a couple of issues, and they went out of their way to help me each time. Devin runs the service department, and saying that he is good at his job is like saying Michael Jordan was just a good basketball player. He has met me at the boat ramp and jumped on to take a look at something. He has picked up my boat at my marina. He has talked me through some repairs I could do myself. I dropped my boat off last Wednesday at 11:00am for the 200 hour service, and he called me the next morning to come get it. I wish more people were as committed to their job and their customers as Devin is, and I give credit to his entire team, as they do the work on it. Thanks for making boat ownership an absolute pleasure.”

A very lively crowd on the weekends with a lot of motorcycle riders who frequent this establishment. “This is paradise for birds, just like the name implies! Debbie is so dedicated to these birds and stops at nothing, too care and give them a wonderful life. I've volunteered here twice now, but have known Debbie for about 10yrs. She's incredibly knowledgeable and works diligently with her local vet to give each bird the food and vet care they may need. She also has a dedicated program for adoption, and I appreciate that she assesses each bird to determine where they will be best suited. Either in a Sanctuary setting or in an individual home and put up for adoption. My suggestion is if you're looking to bring a special bird into your home, volunteer here and get to know the adoptable birds and let the adoption crew get to know you. Try not to fall in love with a specific idea of what you want your new bird to look like or a certain species. Because your new best friend will choose you and it might not be what you expected. Debbie always needs volunteers, and it's simple to get involved and help out. ** Pictures are of my bird I adopted 11yrs ago (not with Debbie at that time) and the joy he's brought me and the BEST companion I could ever hope for.”

“They rented me a U-Haul and sold me a bunch of packing supplies. The U-Haul was great, some of the packing supplies were not. Aka, buy a tarp instead of the overpriced plastic furniture covers which are horrible to work with and rip apart easily. They seem to be made of a thinner plastic than what you might buy at a dollar store for painting over.”

“I submit this as more of a "thank you" than a review, because I wanted to thank everyone at Sara Bay Marina for a fantastic stay. This was the first winter we brought our boat down with us, and we made good use of it. Jason, Frank, and the rest of the yard/dock crew were exceptional and always considerate. They made us feel so welcome and even when really busy, they were willing to take a moment to chat. The launch app was too cool and easy to use. Just click and get to the dock- makes you feel like a rock star. And every time we'd arrive, the boat was really clean and ready to go. Never got a chance to ask how the cleaning crews get the boats so spiffy. We didn't get to meet anyone in the service dept, but they replaced a bad starter quicker than we've seen anywhere else. Rock on fellas. It goes without saying, but we will be back again next year. Thank you Sara Bay for a great boating experience, and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Tony B. Hatteras NC”
