(February 29, 2020, 10:38 am)I was unsure of Phoenix at first, but went on the reccommendation of a co-worker. I was looking for a trainer to help me move beyond a plateau. I got hooked up with Candy here at Phoenix and haven't regretted that desicion since!
I have a membership at Too Your Health and have for the past 4 yrs... But I dont know that I'd go back now. I love the staff, the people and the cleanliness of the gym!
Seriously one of the best places!!! -

(August 3, 2019, 9:29 pm)We audited to the Senior Citizen class on Monday. The leader was excellent. She spoke loudly enough so the Seniors could hear her. The class, starting at 11 am, was about 90% sitting down. They used stretchy bands, weights and balls to exercise various parts of the body while sitting in the chair. This was great for my husband, who uses a walker. After the class, we joined the gym. We went back Wednesday, and the leader and members welcomed us and helped us get chairs and helped us get the equipment. The leader made a point of letting the class members know that they only had to do what they were comfortable with. That was great, because my husband had problems lifting his right arm, and didn't feel like he had to do it. He could just do what he was able to do. He did a lot more the 2nd time in class than the first time. I'm so glad we joined this class. It will help both of us get fit.
