(December 12, 2019, 8:51 am)I contacted Don Strauss of Big D Roofing for the roof replacement of our new Southeast Branch in the US which is located in Ocala Florida. The job entailed removing and replacing over 38,000 square feet of roof over our offices and warehouse space. The job was difficult enough, but we had a serious catch… Our timeline did not allow for the normal amount of time needed for a project of this size. Don however, promised he would have it done on time! Over the next two weeks I saw more roofers on my project than I have ever seen on any roofing project. The detail that really impressed me was that Don (the owner) was one of the first ones onsite before sunrise and was also one of the last ones to leave the project at night. To my surprise he surpassed my expectations by completing the project one week ahead of the unrealistic schedule I had already given him! Don is a hardworking, dedicated, honest and professional individual. His employees demonstrated the same qualities. I highly recommend Don and his company for any roofing project you may have. They are great people to work with and I can truly say it was a pleasure to have gotten to know them.
