While I've never purchased a motorcycle from them, their service side of things are absolutely phenomenal. I live all the way in Orlando and happily make the trip to them. They took care of all the issues I had when I had my 1199 after a previous dealership that was closer to me couldn't find the correct issue and tried to swindle me. They also went above and beyond with servicing my 1098, doing extra things to my bike that weren't expected but greatly appreciated.
Sebastian also seems like a very fair and stand up guy. For my next Italian bike purchase I will definitely be going here.
