  Prior to purchasing our home in Oak Run, the prior owner had the roof replaced by United Roofing. The job looked great and we have been very happy.
  
  Recently, I noticed some streaks running down one side from a skylight so i emailed them a picture and asked about it and whether they could take a look. I emailed them at about 8:45 on Monday morning.
  
  By 9:15 I had a response and an offer to have someone come by and take a look. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Tad Carter who said he would stop by.
  
  Tad arrived around 11:30 and went up and took a look. He determined it was just algae growth that was running down the side as the skylight is on the north side of the house. He went in the house with my wife and explained the situation to her and looked at the inside to ensure everything was okay. Tad was awesome. There was no charge for the inspection. Three hours from my initial contact, my concern was already addressed.
  
  I need to also mention that in my college days, I spent a fair amount of time working as a roofer so, I am quite familiar with how a roof should be installed, and while walking around Oak Run have seen many roofing contractors working but, by far, the most professionally handled jobs (speed, quality of work, staffing) were are consistently being being done by United. Other contractors work was varied and I am sure some of them are fine but, I also see quite a bit of sloppy workmanship that I wouldn’t want on my home.
  
  There is no question that United is a super contractor to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, without reservation.

  We just had United Roofing replace the roof on our 20yr old house.
  Their estimate was very accurate and fair. The workmen were very professional in their approach to the work. The replacement roof was
  completed in a very short time. The clean up was excellent. They did such a great job we hired them to replace the roof on my fathers house. That job was completed in excellent fashion.

  I had a new roof installed by United Roofing last week and the entire crew took pride in their workmanship. What impressed me the most was that they thoroughly removed all the debris from my property after the job was completed. I found that United Roofing is very competitive in their pricing and the materials they use are top notch. Take my advice and hire them and you will not be disappointed. They stand behind their work, as evidenced by the fact that they do not collect a dime until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

  The experience was a very good one. The workers tended to the job and were finished in a day and half. The clean up was very well done. We would recommend United Roofers to Anyone. They are family owned. Good people.
