  Love this place, delicious food!!! Pasta and subs are great, large portions at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly.

  Excellent and you must try the lasagna pizza! We love all the food and wide diverse menu they offer the Italian food is great here or order the burger or wings still great but a must really is the lasagna pizza.

  Ordered Greek salad, deluxe cheeseburger, sausage peppers & cheese roll & small pizza with sweet sausage. All the above items were excellent, delivery time was quick delivery person was very professional I asked he step in and place my items on the kitchen table because their were several items. He did so very politically my food was nice & hot food was delivered in a heat storage bag. I would confidently order any food items from #1 New York Pizza. Signed Native New Yorker

  Usually don't leave reviews but I feel like the rating for this place is being dragged down by some incompetent schmuck that thinks leaving a 1 star is justified because they didn't think to check the business' hours of operation. Not the quality of the food, service, or establishment... Just the user's own ignorance. Let's go.
  
  These guys are a hard working ma-and-pa style eatery. Dough and sauce made every day, a good variety of menu items and a charming staff. Dine-in, take out and delivery are available. They have lunch specials and feature a unique "giant slice" of pizza which has more food than a large pie and is formed by hand and sits in the biggest box they have. The food is phenomenal and they work well with requests for things to be cooked certain ways. I've eaten there several times, ordered for guests and they love it and you're damn right I just ordered again. Everyone deserves a fair shot and I'd recommend this to anyone in the Shores or willing to at least take the ride out there.

#1 New York Pizza Shores located at 9425 se Maricamp Road . 352-687-2966 Friday and sat special - Chicken parm pasta with garlic knots and a side salad...
