“Today my husband and I visited the Silver Springs State Park and upon leaving we discovered we had a flat tire. My husband used the compressor supplied with my car and we limped over to our favorite Pep Boys. Julio was very friendly, diagnosed the problem and gave us options. He showed my husband that we had a nail as well as a razor blade embedded in our tire. Julio checked to see that he had the tire we needed and had it put on promptly. The service we received was excellent. If you need tires or service be sure to go to Pep Boys across from 6 Gun Plaza.”

That said, Sprint could / would not offer our family (We were with them for more than ten years, as I recall.) any reason to stay. Their competitor offered three new Galaxy s10e's for the price of two, two new Galaxy Tab A's free, and all unlimited data for less than we were paying for just two older, fully-paid-for Galaxy s5's per month. Now, I'm not saying Sprint isn't any good, they just don't appear to be concerned about true customer loyalty, so, their Service and Sales people must be that much better.”
