  Purchased a preowned Ducati in August. I rode it 1k miles and had to replace a tire due to a nail. Took it into service to find out the the road hazard I purchased wasn't accepted because of tread depth. I don't beat on the bike or torque it so I couldn't understand the wear. I asked my salesperson to see the inspection report from trade and my purchase and was told they are locked away. The average tread depth is 10/32 so that tells me that the tread depth was under spec when the bike was purchased. I waited 2 weeks for my salesperson to get back to me on this with nothing. I paid $629.00 for protection only to have to pay almost that amount for a new tire. Really disappointed in this dealer, once they get your sale, there's no integrity in their process or product. They don't care, and doing the right thing by exhibiting some kind of integrity doesn't exist. I have to cancel my road hazard, I would rather pay for tires with someone else than deal with the wasted money in purchasing the product.
  
  I still don't have an answer as to why I wasn't provided an inspection report after it was stated by a manager that anything 5/32 or below, the tire is under spec and replaced. Why wasn't it? really disappointed in my experience with this dealer and in hoping to purchase another bike this spring, I will not use this dealership for my purchase.

  Purchased a used Yamaha FJR from Broward Motorsports Treasure Coast and couldn't be happier. Great experience with the salesman Jeff and finance guy Scott. I Traded in my Vulcan 900 Classic LT and with everything considered I was very happy with the deal. I did have an issue with one of the tires after taking delivery and the issue was taken care of quickly by the GM at no additional cost. Stand up people who I would highly recommend if looking for a new ride. BTW they are an Indian Motorcycle dealer with a great selection of Indians. Beautiful motorcycles if you are interested in a more classic look and style.

  Friendly Staff member greeted me upon entering. Was very pleasant and willing to share Bike’s info and specs with me. I felt very welcome and at ease due to Salesperson friendliness.

  I've been searching for about two months visiting multiple Harley dealerships trying to buy a pre-owned touring model after no success being put a grueling process I found one online Broward Motorsports and Hobe Sound made one simple phone call spoke to a sales person named Nick and presented an offer over the phone and within 10 minutes Mike the sales manager called me back to confirm the offer and make the deal easy made the process very simple for me because the hours that I work set up my financing and is meeting me after work so I can finish the paperwork just want to say great job team for I am in sales also and nobody appreciates a good process and going up and Beyond what needs to be done to make a deal just wanted to say thank you
