  This place really did help me but at the same time it added trama. I was brought there unknowingly and it was hard on me at first but i was in there from june 2017- november 15, 2017 i remember my release date cause it was an amazing day for me. The staff was ok there r some nicer than others but they really do care. Also no male staff put hands on the girls. The thing that caused more trama was a girl getting beaten 3 feet away from me it caused her to go into a seizure and coughing up blood. I did relapse once since i got out but now i am a year and 4 months clean from drugs also i am doing better in life i am now married and happy. It is best to be there but just be careful cause if you have trama and go in there it may be a risk for more trama

  My daughter was a patient there for 2 months. I think there were some good moments and bad. The admissions office, insurance department and business offices were very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Admissions actually stayed late so I could get her there. Living 3 1/2 hours away was not a positive situation but long term mental health facilities are very hard to find for our insurance. The intake process was very quick. Julie her therapist was very helpful and she was always willing to listen and offer advice on how to handle my daughter. Any of the staff I spoke to over the phone or in person where helpful and nice. Now of course my daughter has a different story of how she was treated but who wants to be in a facility especially for 2 months. She did come home covered in bug bites and missing some items but it wasn't anything that could not be replaced. The staff followed up with us a week after she was released to see how she was doing. They coordinated all of her appointments for me upon her release. If this place did not help her mentally it damn sure scared her straight of not wanting to go into a facility ever again.

  Some of the staffs there need better professionalism!!! Overall there are few staffs there that are very caring, concern, helpful and loving. Its not a bad place it just some of the volunteers and staff they have that make the place seem unprofessional. I love the Receptionists there she is very professional and helpful and The best therapist there is Diane She is the real deal thats my opinion I have seen the results with my child.
