  We have had a great experience at Promenade at Aventura. Although there has been a couple of obstacles, the girls in the office April, Sarah and Jill were always very sweet and accommodating, making sure we felt at home. Also, Robert is the supervisor of maintenance and he is simply amazing at what he does! He's always working so hard to make sure we are taken care of in everything we need. He's awesome, such a cool guy!

  The best place I have stayed! and I have stayed all over the world. Sara and the Staff are very professional! Safe and friendly environment for kids also.

  The staff is very nice and cooperative and they are very attentive to our requests. Jill and Sarah are great and very helpful. The property is in need of some updating however.

  I Highly recommend this condo.
  A Great place for living.
  A very pleasant place and with several options of leisure and commerce near and with easy access.
  The staff team are very nice and professional.

  The Promenade staff is so professional and skilled. The maintenance staff, Andres and Robert, are skilled and thorough. They always followup and are very punctual. Jill and Sarah are so aware, and on point with all the vendors, and services, and to where they are needed. There is no question too small and they are personable and I don't know how they do all they do. They know their tenants, cars, and animals and where they reside, which is difficult knowing the layout of this complex. The staff here can be seen working late due to their dedication and fine characters. I love living here in my small apt. villa and feel so secure having the staff we have.
