I made an appointment same day. They had me in and out quickly. The staff was not only extremely friendly but the selection of glasses in store was adequate and I was able to find a pair that suited me. My optician, Fallon, used a few tools to precisely measure where the prescription should be on the glasses I ordered that I had never seen before in 15 years of wearing glasses. She also explained the different options clearly so I could make an educated decision on what type of lense. I walked out with their brand contacts (they are comfy) and glasses on order! I have insurance so it was a good price, however, it looks like they have excellent deals if you are uninsured as well (based on the signage in the store.) I would recommend!

Fallon took such great care of my optical needs. She was dedicated to finding the best way to use my insurance and keep my personal costs to a minimum. She was very patient as I asked her to try many different ways to figure out how to best use my benefits. It was closing time and I never once felt rushed. I would absolutely recommend America's Best and especially Fallon for your optical needs.

Absolutely love this place!! The staff is so friendly, prices are affordable and they are always willing to work with you anyway possible. I wanted to give Sarah a huge shoutout, I come in a couple times a month for her to help me put in my contacts. I struggle putting them in myself and takes me forever. She is able to do it within seconds and gives me great advice on eye health. This place has my business for life.

We recently moved here from out of state and decided to get our eye exam and glasses purchase at the New Braunfels location. We were greeted by all the employees with a smile. Audrey was the employee who assisted us and she was so helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She was so personable and we will definitely go back and ask for her to assist us. She is definitely an asset to your office and should be recognized as a stellar team member.

I was able to schedule and do all my paperwork online. They literally have appointments all day and take walk ins which is so convenient! The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice and Audrey who assisted with my purchase of glasses and contacts was amazing!! She had a smile on her face the whole time and was so friendly! Glad I tried them out and joined their Eyecare club so will be going back for all my eye needs!!
