My dad was referred to this agency by his HMO provider and I am absolutely glad they did. The staff was very professional and made a positive impact in his health. The therapist, Ruth, who provided a knee treatment was very thorough. She instructed my family on home exercises that have helped in relieving his knee pain. The case manager at the office, Val, made sure I obtained enough visits so there wouldn't be an interruption in service. Angela made sure the services were initiated on time. I must say, that choosing a nursing agency to care for someone you love is a difficult and challenging experience. I am so pleased with the service this agency provided right from the start. It brought me peace of mind when I was in the midst of trying to find the best care. The staff was diligent and thorough. The nurse took her time to diligently ask important questions while evaluating my mother’s needs, helped with administering and reviewing her medications, as well as the cleaning of her wound. The Physical Therapist provided an excellent program to help her with the knee mobility exercises and lastly the Home Aid helped my mother feel at ease when she cared for her personal hygiene and day to day activities.
