Excellent Services Group

I had a new Rheem 16 SEER 5 ton Central air conditioning system installed a couple of weeks ago and I am totally satisfied with the Excellent Services Group Team. From My first interaction was with José who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all, Ramon and Luis did the installation and the experience of this company was easy to spot with the attention to detail and the quality of their installation. Their office coordinator is Bella and she kept me up to date on every aspect of my JOB!! As a retired CEO of my own company it was so nice to see a company with old fashioned values, friendly experienced people who only care about giving their customers a quality product at a fair price !!!

Fast response time. They were more than willing to come out right away after their last Assignment and were able to quickly resolve our air conditioning issues. I would gladly recommend them.

I had been without AC for three days because the AC company I was using was unable to fix the issue. In the end they told me all wiring from the inside unit to the outside unit needed to be redone. The total cost of repair was going to exceed $1,000. I contacted Excellent services group for a second opinion. Luis responded to my request immediately and scheduled a tech to be at my house ASAP. Juan called me in the morning and I explained to him the issues with my AC. He assured me he could fix any AC, even with one wire. Juan arrived at my home and was very professional and was able to fix all the improper wiring from the prior company and get my AC running. He charged a reasonable fee and explained everything he did with the unit. I feel so very lucky to have found this company. I highly recommend this company.

I used excellent services and took advantage of their Free Maintenance for a routine check up on my ac. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out a couple things that I should do when I am ready, to ensure that my unit keeps on working as it should. First impression was great and i didn't spend a penny.

They where absolutely excellent. They came out when i needed them the most stuck with no ac and my grand kids visiting. Thank you dearly for taking care of me and not exploiting my situation.
