My first experience was seamless my second experience fell thru the cracks, the ceiling tiles ordered did not appear in the warehouse after we found they had delivered the wrong color to us. Some businesses just don’t get it but I must admit the staff at L & W understood the importance of resolving the issue on hand and left no box unturned. After a few attempts our boxes were found on the same day the issue was brought up. Thank you for following thru and taking the time to help. We look forward to a long standing relationship.
