I cannot speak for those who have had a bad experience, however, it is most definitely untrue, perhaps this person had a bad day when they wrote the review or has a personal vendetta? Any who, Dr.Rente is the best & you will see it when you get your eye exam. He really takes his time and tells you as much information as possible and in the best way understandable.
