Ambiance is great. Nice for travelers with long layovers. The Reflections restaurant is a great place to hang out. The place is very secure. The ballroom and conference rooms at the level below are very private and convenient. The staff are polite and courteous. Have valet parking is convenient to have but can park in the parking garage across the street.

This hotel is gorgeous and it’s super convenient to get off the plane and just go chill for a little bit. They ordered my request for an early check-in. We had two rooms. One had a runway view with my daughter loved. We also had a king suite which had a massive Jacuzzi in it, which was amazing! It’s a great way to unwind. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room service food was more than just the basic bar type food. Lots of Mediterranean type dishes. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub that overlooks the runway.

My husband and I chose this hotel to house our wedding guests during our wedding weekend and it was the perfect choice. The location was easy to access for out-of-town guests flying in and round-the-clock valet parking made checking into the hotel an easy experience for those driving in. The lobby was so stunning that we ended up using that backdrop for some of the wedding photos. The lobby also had plenty of space and light music playing, which made it a naturally inviting area for when guests wanted an open space to relax and catch up. The staff went above and beyond to help accommodate anything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Room service was good. Overall, the Westin provided a great experience!

Stayed because it's closest to the airport, flew one way only but impressed with how integrated the hotel is with the airport. Lobby is gorgeous, but figuring out how to get where we wanted in the hotel was interesting because of the layout that my travel brain felt was too complicated. The hotel's restaurant food was way better than expected. Customer service representatives throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good overall; the bed was comfortable, loved the rainfall shower head, although my king size room had a smaller bathroom than I expected. Would stay again if I came back.

This Westin is amazing! My loyalty status was recognized at the front desk and the agent was lovely. I was given an upgraded room and asked if I wanted breakfast or points. The room was spacious and I could make it as cold as I wanted. The bedding was fluffy, crisp and clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent and there was a rain shower as well as a hand held sprayer. Breakfast was delicious and fast and the lobby is very fancy. I highly recommend the Westin Detroit Airport Hotel!!
