I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend and somehow two orders were put through. I caught it and cancelled one but was still charged for the cancelled order. I called their CS and got Paul all the way from England (at 9 PM his time). He promised they’d check it out and this morning (next day) the refund is being issued. Thank you Paul!
