Toyota Service Center

We always take our Toyota to South Dade because it is close to our home, and the prices are reasonable. This time around, the technician working on our vehicle left the windows down and it rained. The seats were soaked! They called us, provided us with a rental (free of charge), and fully detailed our car. It looks brand spanking new. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to make it right.

First of all, I take my car to get serviced at this location because my advisor is amazing, Luis Sierra. He’s professional, efficient, keeps me informed at all times, reviews my mpi, and I was out of there in less than one hour. Time is money! Luis has excellent customer service skills and always makes me feel pleased with my car service. Thank you Luis for providing excellent service to your community.

are friendly and helpful. Someone acknowledged me as soon as I drove into their customer center. Sabrina, was my service advisor. She gave me a call to inform me that I also needed to change my front brakes. She gave me the price of how much I have to pay and later on helped me find ways to save. I love going to this place because of the friendly and accommodating people who work here.
