This guy helped me get my first pc build up and going. I'd picked an inappropriate case and liquid cooling system and he still got me the build up and running the next day on CHRISTMAS EVE! Got me a good deal on a better cooling system and case, took my old case for credit and he didn't charge me up a storm. All in all one of the best most cost effective places I've been in town. Give this guy a try, he has real passion for the craft.
