I am so glad to have had Brian and David represent us in our family’s wrongful death case. Where to begin. What a journey it has been for our family’s wrongful death case. I can confidently say, to have David and Brian as our trial attorneys was a blessing. My fiancé was hit by a car in 2019 while crossing a crosswalk. There really aren’t enough great things to say about Brian Breiter & his law office. I first met Brian when he visited me in the hospital after I was hit by a car. The car ran a red light while I was crossing the street on foot. I had fractures in both legs, multiple vertebrae, my left arm & face. And two joints in my right arm had to be completely rebuilt. It was a lot to handle physically, mentally, emotionally. And I was going to need help with the legal side of things.

I was immediately struck by Brian’s warm personality & his sense of humor, and impressed with his knowledge & manner. I wasn’t able to move much & in a considerable amount of pain, but talking with Brian & trading quips during that meeting made me feel pretty good.
