Four Seasons Hotel Miami

I am acutely a ex-employee but i just wanted to mentioned how amazing it was to work for a company that really values there staff. The service is great because it all starts with the care and attention they have with there with all the employees. A special thank you to HR for always being so approachable, and especially Itzel for always going out of her way to help guest and employees.

This hotel is very nice. They have a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the views from the rooms are very nice. And also, all the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay and a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Very strongly recommended hotel here in our area! I was feeling delighted to experience a one day stay in this hotel. Their staves were so friendly and courteous. The ambiance was so refreshing for those who are stress. I will surely visit this place again and again. You deserve to be at the top list, guys!

Expect 5 star service. It is the Four Seasons, and it lives up to the name. Coincerge procured an in-room massage from outside the hotel at a moment's notice at 8pm. Wow. Great breakfast buffet, otherwise no salt-free healthy options from in room dining. Wonderful palm tree hammock pool. A fraction of the nightly rate of the Palm Beach Four Seasons.

Great 5 star hospitality. Stayed here 5 nights and our overall experience was great. Tons of amenities and located in a great location in Brickell. We encountered an issue early on but the Four seasons staff more than made up for it. Looking forward to staying here again. Special thank you to the Hotel staff, you guys really made our engagement weekend very special.
