  I was very pleased with their service. They are always on time, the office is squeaky clean, their location is very convenient and the staff is friendly. I did have an incorrect billing issue, which they were fast and fair in resolving.

  To all those complaining about the strictness of the punctuality policy: I’m very glad you’ve decided not to go there so that those of us who are actually on time can be attended to on our scheduled slot. When someone is late it trickles down and affects the rest of the patients. Unlike every other Miami practice, you don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. Amazing! Further, Dr. Coker and her staff are absolutely excellent. They provide great care, are very thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. It is clear from the reviews and the responses that if YOU are rude, they won’t be putting up with that. And why should they? I cannot recommend this practice enough if you are serious about your health!

  The office was very bright and cheery. The receptionist was polite and promptly took care to check me in for the appointment. I was seen without having to wait. Alicia was very professional and performed my physical with attention to detail. There is pay by phone street parking available and its close to a metro line which is nice. Overall, I had a pleasant experience but I am still waiting on a follow up.
