Yesterday was my first appointment and it was great. Staff were quick to attend me, the atmosphere is clean with hand sanitizer in almost every corner. Doctor Cruz was friendly, quick and to the point while also addressing my concerns. The medical assistants were on point in giving me my next upcoming appointments and what to expect. Great staff, friendly environment, friendly doctor. What more could I ask for? Happy to have Doctor Cruz help me on this journey with my second baby.
Dr. Pachano and his staff are great. Really never had a problem, but I will see him at the Mercy location now!
Dr. Francisco Cruz has always been professional, knowledgeable, humble and nice. His nurse, Cristal is also amazing and very diligent. They always remember you. All the staff in general are very attentive. If you arrive on time for your appointment you can expect to be out whitin an hour which is great because I used to spent hours waiting to be seen in other places. Another great thing is that they collect all samples for the lab work so you don't have to go to another place to do this. Everything for anual checkup just in one place. The location is good, very accesible and the office is clean. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied.
They're truly amazing and devoted. From the doctors to the nurses. Christy is the sweetest and Dr. Cruz is beyond words. Extremely courteous and professional. I've been visiting the Doral facility for 5 years now and wouldn't change them for the world.
