Best experience ever! I would recommend to anybody looking for a reliable attorney.
Javier is a well knowledgeable Lawyer in Immigration matters helping my family to become first Legal Permanent Residents and lastly US Citizens. His professionalism and realistic give us the confidence to trust him as an excellent Lawyer correctly applying for every steps and keeping us well informed during the entire processes.
I was lucky to find Javier and work with him. He has walked me through the TN visa process and my residency.
He is very assertive in his advice, very thorough in the way he reviews all the information and very ethical in the way he acts.
If I were to face another immigration process I would certainly do it with him.
I recommend Javier Miranda. He is a swell attorney who has helped me receive my citizenship and believe I would not have done it without him.
As an of-counsel foreign attorney to a US-law firm, I wasn´t sure which of the existing employment-related visas was suitable for my situation. Mr. Montano quickly sorted out some that weren´t applicable to my situation and clearly delimited the conditions for each of those that were available to me. Once we decided that the TN Visa was the most suitable visa for me, given my professional activity and my employer´s requirements, Mr. Montano offered us a smooth application process which, I´m glad to say, ended in my being authorized to work in the U.S. for my current employer.
