Good place to get your insurance. I had to transfer agents because the last place I was at switched to a brokerage. Dorian has been real helpful every since I contacted her.

My car was damaged by another backing into mine in a parking lot while I was away. The other driver left without leaving contact info, but the incident and license plate of the car was recorded on my Tesla’s camera system. My agent, Dorian Cook, and the Farmers claims representative traced the owner of the car that hit mine and opened a claim with the other insurance company. Faced with the video clip, the other insurance accepted responsibility for the damage without argument. The support and advice from Farmers was great and resulted in the damage to my car being completely paid for with no claim on my insurance.

Dorian truly cares about people. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have what they need. She is there for you always.
