  Rented a car from them for a week while my truck being fixed. I had a minor issue so I called and the young male representative on site who took my call was very professional and effective- which we all know, is RARE in Miami. Just wanted to commend Julien for a future of success because it's this kind of integrity- customer service and manners- that will take you far in life!

  i frequent this specific location and whenever I arrive the staff members at this facility are always courteous, fast and efficient. Starting with the previous manager named Mike, the level of professionalism continues. The new manager Julian and staff members Robert, Kevin Bodae, and Melissa go above and beyond to make my rental experience pleasant. I would not THINK of ever going elsewhere.

  I admit, I'm an employee. That said, through Management and personnel changes, one thing is consistent at this Location: I am treated as well as our Customers. In a sense, I see this team strive for excellent service each time I visit. The Reps go above and beyond to ensure efficiency, clean and performant vehicles and pro-active Customer Service. When I observe interactions with Customers at this location I always see consistency and pro-activity in fulfilling Customer requests and the interactions with everyone at the Location are always pleasant. If this Location is "unsung", let's give them the kudos they deserve.

  Great staff, good selection of vehicles, and rates are standard for Miami.
  The location might throw you off, so if you are taking a car service and you are dropped off at the hotel lobby, just ask the valet stand and they will navigate you.
  
  I arranged a pick up to get my vehicle and they were right on time and in Miami this seems to be a challenge for many, but it was bright and early and Robert was very diplomatic and just all around a cool guy but more importantly, on time.
  A very seamless process to get a car and also quick check out.
  Robert, Kevin and Boday were the three gentlemen I interacted with, totally cool group, and we shared some laughs while giving top notch service. Very pleased, I recommend this location to get a car rental.
