(January 6, 2020, 1:33 am)Wonderful customer service and comfortable rooms, cozy beds. We had a red eye flight into Miami before our cruise. They found an available room and allowed to check in early.

(December 29, 2019, 9:23 pm)We had a one day layover in Miami so I chose to stay here based on previous reviews. The stayed did not disappoint. Liked that they had a shuttle to and from the airport and it ran pretty true to schedule. Nice large rooms. Beds were comfy. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I ever had another layover in Miami.

(December 18, 2019, 9:31 am)We are from Canada in transit from a cruise with NCL. The Marriott is Very convenient very clean and comfortable. Great service we arrived early from a cruise and they let us in to our room. We could benefit from the free breakfast.
At minutes away from the airport it offer a shuttle as well. Highly recommend makes travelling so much easier. -

(October 26, 2019, 3:22 pm)Due to a delayed flight, we checked in very late on a Friday night. I didn't catch the clerk's name, but the young man was courteous, professional, and friendly. For an older hotel, the bed was very comfortable; a huge plus. On an early Saturday morning, the place was a mad house with all the cruisers heading out at the same time. Marlan was awesome and very helpful in taking care of our luggage until our transportation arrived. Big thanks to the wonderful staff.

(August 20, 2019, 5:19 am)Very impressed by the service at this location. The gentleman behind the front desk named Mickey went out of his way to help ensure I had a pleasant experience. My 8 hour flight from Brazil landed at 430 AM and I had an issue with booking confirmation for day use hotel. Mickey made sure to fit me in and give me the room at 5 AM. Very nice and helpful.
