  Loved our stay here. Very clean and good size room. Paid extra for a city view think. It was worth the extra. Staff on reception were friendly welcoming and so helpful.

  Awesome hotel! I came down for music fest in wynwood and the hotel was literally around the corner! Such a convenience. The manager was great and made me feel at ease. My room had a/c which was a plus In Florida’s hot weather! And for shared bathrooms they were pretty clean. Definetly booking for my next trip!

  Management at this Location is very Fair and impartial. And will work with you and try to help you in any way that they can. Also clean and sanitary conditions throughout. I will recommend this Extended Stay Location to anyone in the area...!!!

  Excellent place for the on the go person or couple. This is not a conventional hotel. This is more like a Hostel. Clean, quiet, centralized in Miami. Close to Downtown Miami, South Beach, Down the street from the exciting Wynwood Art district, Miami's fashion district, Midtown, etc. etc. Very close to public transportation. Restaurants and convenient store within walking distance.
  Rooms are very clean and come with cold air conditioning, mini fridge and microwave.
  Bad points are that they do not provide made service. You will have to pick up for yourself. No pool either. Bathrooms with showers are located in the hallways but are kept very clean and are always available.
  I saved a lot of money staying there and I will definitely go back.
  I paid $40 per night compared to $120 per night on overage for Hotel elsewhere.

  Very quiet. Homey and clean. Owner seems nice and the rooms seem very affordable compared to everything else around. Not something you would rent by day, maybe a weekend or a full week. Rooms are nicely decorated.
