  RECIEVED MY CIGARS WITHIN A WEEK AFTER, ALL GOOD, CIGARS ARE EXCELLENT! UPDATE! GOT A CALL STATING THEY ARE SHIPPING MY ORDER AND THE REASON FOR THE DELAY,will update the stars after i recieve my order. READ FIRST BEFORE BUYING! So I'm reading the reviews which i should have done prior, i ordered cigars over a week ago and decided just to get an update on my order, call the phone # on the web nothing, emails nothing. started to read the same problems, will update if anything changes, if not charges will have to be dispute as they already CHARGED my card!

  Outstanding in every aspect! They really made me feel like I was a v.i.p. The selection is impressive. I really recommend the house rolled cigars. Overall, a great experience & I would recommend Cuban Crafters to anyone who enjoys cigars.

  Visiting Miami for the first time and wanted to smoke a cigar when lounging with friends. Google led me to cuban crafters. I smoke a pipe and don't have experience with cigars. The staff was VERY helpful and attentive and made you feel like family (shared some homemade Cuban coffee). Did not judge on my lack of experience with cigars and even helped me pick some out. Cashier included some matches and a cigar cutter and I was on my way. Would recommend!

  Man. Great place. I’m a new cigar smoker and me and my girl were trying new places on our visit to Miami. This place is great. When we walked in we were greeted with a free sample of the Cuban coffee ( strong and delicious) then we just roamed around without being hassled. But when it was time the guy was very helpful and walked us though what everything ;which was very helpful. Once we pick our cigars they have a very comfortable place to sit and smoke. The locals very friendly and were more than happy to recommend the good and bad cigars. Even gave use the perfect to eat after. If you are in Miami this is a must visit spot.
