Bio Reference is attempting to do the impossible and provide as many tests results as possible during this pandemic, so it is expected for things to be difficult sometimes, but if you call and speak with their support specialists , they will help you, We had an incident where the miami dade form filler submitted a birthday Oct 2 1961 as 10/12 9610 and the exams would not show up, but after searching with them, we were able to find them. the result was there for over 5 days and it was not their fault that it was lost, but it WAS thanks to them that it was found. Please if you experience issues , check your DOB and understand that they're trying their best to give a good service. This is a huge health issue and we're all working together to survive :) wear a mask and be nice to doctors and lab experts
