I can honestly say I have never rented another property with such caring and attentive office and maintenance staff.

I haven’t had many issues, but each I have mentioned has been handled swiftly and with the exemplary attention to detail. The professional service and kindness of these mentioned should not go unrecognized:

Steve (maintenance): Always pleasant and prompt; I work remotely and am always available to let him in if I have a request. He is quick, quiet, sufficient and considerate of my working environment so much that I don’t even have to schedule time around my work for him to complete requested tasks. Also, he let me borrow a ladder to hang some lights on my patio, and he has provided excellent communication regarding ordering parts for requested repairs, and me leaving the ladder on my patio for him to retrieve at any time.

Patty (leasing agent): I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have worked with her in arranging my lease without an in person walk through of the unit. I knew the location, and jumped on the opportunity to become a resident of this wonderful community. Ms. Patty was delightful in arranging a deposit to hold the unit I applied for, and was strongly proficient in getting everything set up with applications and processing me as a new resident. She is also incredibly attentive and pleasant regarding any communal emails with neighborly updates on events and alerts in our community. No need to send these to the junk mail folder - they are equally informative and enjoyable to receive.

Dixon (waste management): Since I’m usually enjoying the river view from my balconies and/or patio in the evenings, I often see Dixon when he comes around to collect waste and recycling. He has made it a point to assist with the disposal of empty Amazon boxes (which I could easily walk to the dumpster myself…), and will patiently wait for me to collect any waste I have inside in exchange for a cold bottle of water and casual banter.

Suffice to say I am extremely impressed with the property management at Villas Continental, and I enjoy interacting with all who strive to provide the beautiful quality of life I have as a resident of this community.

5 stars is NOT enough!!

This is the best apartment company I've stayed at in years. Patti helped me move from across the country, over the phone and since day one, the service has been phenomenal! The complex is like a homeowners neighborhood. The people who live here care about the space and treat the area with care. There are community activities that I can't wait to attend. Any concern I have Patti and Steve are on top of it.. I don't think I'll leave until I purchase my own home! The area is beautiful and peaceful, and it is very family and pet-friendly. The apartment is very spacious and open, I needed a place to keep all of my things.. and there is place for everything! The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with the appliances you need, great for cooking. If you're looking for a place with quiet nights and kid-friendly days, you'll be so pleased. I was a little concerned about the valet-trash but pleased to find out, it's under a very organized system and kept outside versus in a hallway that always smells like trash. I spent months trying to find a place with good reviews and I'm so glad I chose Villas Continental that truly has that and more! I feel at home.

Steve came by and replaced our blinds today! He was done pretty fast, considering my kids took turns following him around and telling him their life stories! He showed nothing but kindness and patience for the chaos! He’s for sure the best! Plus, the blinds look great!

This review is 100% to let anyone know who is thinking of moving here that Villas Continental has a fantastic property maintenance manager by the name of Steve. He is hands down one of the smartest most capable people I've ever met. He can fix anything and believe me, thru no fault of him, things do go wrong! Steve knows so so much and quickly and efficiently and professionally has fixed everything that has gone wrong in my flat. He is so quick to attend to issues and has an analytical approach, in which I mean he doesn't just stick a bandaid on the problem, no ...he actually takes initiative to find out what causes the problem and fixes it so that it won't go wrong again. He is super friendly and so trustworthy which is important when you have someone coming into your home. I hope this company realises how incredibly lucky they are to have him as part of the team!

I love living at Villas Continental! The views and neighborhood are amazing! The property manager, Patti Barlanti, is a godsend! Any issue that has arisen has been handled quickly and with constant feedback. She and the rest of the staff have been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a new place.

Great synagogue, kind and welcoming community. Warm and very friendly Rabbi. Very much recommended.
