  There aren't words to FULLY explain my APPRECIATION of RDS. I am a high school math teacher with 189 students. I found RDS while searching for a technician to fix my XeroxCentre7556 machine at home. Larry, the technician who came to my house, was friendly and knowledgeable. Because my copy machine needed parts (and I needed my copies right away) Larry suggested I go in and look at the printers in their store on Commercial Blvd and Powerline..... Long story short, because they didn't sell a printer that met the demand I was looking for, they FOUND me a printer that could, and GAVE IT TO ME. YES, you read Correctly, RDS (David and Celeste) GAVE ME A FREE MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRINTER WITH A BRAND NEW TONER. I AM SO GRATEFUL!!!! I literally sat in the parking lot and wrote this message, so I could make sure it got done. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

  Not the norm... I called service for maintenance for our printer .David arrived in less then 20 mins. In fact he was so happy and helpful when he arrived. Even the girl that answer the service line was super friendly. Nice to know businesses take pride in customer service. OSI team!

  I am a fan of this company because they stand behind their machines 100% of the way. My company was in desperate need of a copier to complete a job. The owner went out of his way to ensure I had it the next day. Celeste is a true pleasure to work with. She helps make sure you are always planning according to your clicks / ink usage. I love her and the rest of the team! Thank you RDS!
