  First of all i would like to thank Steve for all of his hard work and excellent customer service that he has provided for my family and i. Before Steve arrived to Advenir it was a hassle to get anything completed and he makes sure we are completely satisfied.

  My experience here have been a roller coaster thus far (on the 3rd party side) but Maria Fernandez is the most professional, caring, genuine, reliable apartment assistance manager I have ever came across. Going above and beyond is a understatement for what Maria took the time to do out of her day for myself and kids to have a comfortable place to live in. I am forever appreciative for her efforts, professionalism, understanding and extraordinary tenant care.

  I have been living here for 6 years, the service has improved a lot, this present administration is amazing. Their response time to maintenance request is very quick.
  Steve is an amazing customer service rep, always pleasant and ready to serve, he goes above and beyond to meet customers needs. He is truly an asset to this company. Good customer service means happy clients.

  If you’re looking for the perfect apartment Advenir at Walden Lake is definitely what you’re looking for. The Leasing team is the best. Apartment searching for 4 months was tough but when I stopped in to Advenir at Walden Lake I knew my search was over...I met one of the team members in the leasing office (Steve) & from that day fourth everything was a breeze. Stevs took his time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. This is my very first apartment and I love it. No complaints. Every request I need I contact the leasing office and within hours the issue is fixed. Very quiet location, friendly neighbors, amazing maintenance team, near shopping centers and the turnpike. PERFECT

  Moved in a little over 5 months and I love it here! Very quiet and maintenance fixes your requests very quickly. Steve is my go to person at the leasing office although everyone there is always pleasant and helpful.
