  Stayed here for one night before taking off from the airport the next day. It was the perfect spot close to the airport and we were able to take the hotel shuttle. The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay.

  Stayed at the Element Miami for 2 nights when our family's connecting flight to Milwaukee was canceled due to weather. After receiving completely unacceptable service from American Airlines, the Element front desk staff saved the mood!! At check-in Dennis was wonderful! I asked if he could match our discounted rate the next day just out of curiosity and he was more than happy to help. Day 2, the front desk agent (I wish I had remembered his name, had Email address JRios@peachtree) was also great! The guest printer was down and he suggested I email him my document for him to print. Later when I asked him about booking another night, he told me that Dennis had left him a note the night before about our rate!! Finally, Alejandro late afternoon. We asked him if we could watch Packer game on the main lobby TV, he happily put it on. Later came to engage and check on score!
  
  Bar could use some change in Ambiance to keep people from peaking their head in, leaving and going out. We watched the game in the lobby because the bar lights were too bright.
  
  Take my advice! Remove the quiet girl from the bar and dim the lights! Schedule any of these 3 engaging and smiling gentlemen behind the bar and you have it made!

  Close to the airport. Modern rooms that include stand up glass shower, full size fridge, microwave, and stove. Really clean and spacious. Shower had great water pressure, Only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from south beach and ocean drive, about 15 min. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back.

  This hotel is usually one of the options when there is an American Airlines delay. It is close and convenient to the airport. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes through the night. Efficient professional staff. Luggage carts just inside the door on the left. Rooms we have been assigned have always had a full size fridge and kitchen area.
