The last time I was there, I had been all over Miami to find a medication I needed that same night. After running around in rush hour, dealing with incompetent staff at other pharmacies, I tore through the door at SMP 15 minutes before closing. It was like entering another dimension. They were calm and accommodating and kind. They reassured me right away that everything would be ok and that I would get the meds I needed on time. They quickly addressed some insurance issues that other pharmacies didn't understand. Honestly I was so stressed before and they calmed me so quickly I think I actually cried tears of relief. This was a completely different level of service, and I am so grateful! Thank you
