Lui (the owner) has a fantastic understanding and is extremely knowledgeable about all things leather. He is very easy to talk to and is extremely encouraging when it comes to someone who wants to learn how to leather work. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to advance their skills in leather working or for anyone who is just staring out.

I have never done anything with leather and wanted to start. As I walked into Daddy’s leather and told Lui exactly that his eyes lit up. He began to not only tell me what I needed to know regarding leather quality, but then demonstrated how to make the wallet I intended to make. I left there with the leather and confidence I needed to make exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place!!

It might be a little bit hidden, but a great place to get everything you need to make leather goods. Leather sewing machines, snaps, buckles, lightweight leather, very thick leather, straps, ideas, advice....you name it, Daddy’s got it (or he’ll get it for you). The owner, Luis has been there 10 years and knows his stuff. Hours aren’t set in stone, so you might have to go once or twice before you catch them

The menu at one of the places we visit, was elegantly set in leather covers. When I asked where they obtained those covers, they indicated me to this Daddy’s leather. I had the needs for real leather belts to replace the worn out laces from old ones that the buckle is still in good condition. They have there the perfect solution to solve my problems at a affordable price. Helpful and friendly owner. They do terrific good works.

best leather store in miami. the owner is extremely friendly and eager to help you and point you in the right direction to complete whatever you want to do. recommend this place for anyone wanting to get into leatherwork or if you need anything related to leather.
