Skin Research of South Florida is lead by Dr. Ciocca's amazing research team whom are the best I have worked with so far. They are truly dedicated to their work, patients, and sponsors. They understand their patient's time and work around their schedules while helping them every step of the way. Additionally, Yandhira Figueroa leads a collaborative team of interns and is continuously teaching them the ins and outs of clinical research. I know this because I was an intern here and I enjoyed every second of it.

The research team here is made up of truly caring and considerate members. They are thorough and are always looking out for the best interesting of the patient. As an intern, I was awarded many opportunities to learn about the research process and got to see the ins and outs of clinical research. This site is also always picking up new studies for all different kinds of skin conditions and are dedicated to helping their patients to the best of their ability.

I have had a great experience with the research department at this facility. They offer numerous skin related research studies to participate in as well as having a high success rate in the studies. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and easy to talk to that makes it a comfortable place to participate in research. Their internship positions they offer are also great because you can learn about how real life research in the medical field is conducted.
