  i went to burger fi for a quick friday night dinner while my wife and daughter waited in the car. inside i waited for my order and watched the staff work their way through a busy friday evening. manager Caesar (forgive me if i didn’t spell it right) was out on the front-lines, getting his hands dirty (figuratively!) helping hand out orders and conversing with the patrons. what really impressed me, however, was how truly eager and willing Caesar was to making sure the customers not only had a positive experience, but that their standards were met. anyone who had an issue with an order, he would quickly rectify. he verified my name with me and assured me my order was coming up and apologized for the wait—even though i was in no rush at all. i finally got my order and took it to the car only to realize my daughters fries were mistakenly left out. i went inside and Caesar genuinely asked me if everything was okay. i told him i didn’t receive a small order of fries and he swiftly called out for fries “on the fly” i received them in less than 30 seconds, no lie. i just wanted to recognize Caesar and his staff for making me feel cared for as a customer. i’ll be coming back!

  Great burger ? & amazing service! We had the all day breakfast burger that comes with bacon, cheese, and a hash brown! Super yummy! The family fries are literally enough for 5 people!!!! It’s huge! Their fries are fresh cut and never frozen. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious!!!! They also have vegan options!
