Absolutely great! They exceeded my expectations. I needed my lab coats embroidered. I googled the best embroidery company near me. I am so glad I found them. I took one lab coat in, I explained what I needed and they said it would be ready by the end of the day. They took the time to email me a couple of samples. The following day I brought another lab coat, asking for the same service. They asked if I could wait 10 minutes and it would be ready (because the design was already done). I filled gas and by the time I returned, it was ready. They have great customer service, I will definitely be returning!

Today I called Caribbean Embroidery last minute & Ronald assisted me to see if they can do 2 Dry Fit water shirts (Columbia long sleeves that I had to put lettering on just the back) to give as a gift to my brother. I asked if after a few washes & putting them in the dryer they would start peeling off & Ronald said NO that they will never come off! Let me tell you that their service, communication, & friendliness were amazing! Ronald asked me what color, size & font I wanted to use & told me to come back in an hour & he would have my shirts ready. When I went back, I saw them they & looked better than I thought they were going to look!!!!! Lastly Great thing to know is they do NOT charge an arm & a leg !!! Thank you soooo soo much Caribbean Embroidery (Ronald) for your great last minute service !!!! (Btw I’m writing this review after I gave him his gift & he LOVED IT!)

Maritza is an absolute pleasure to work with. She quickly made us a digital sample of our logo. Once we approved they quickly began to work on our new uniforms. 4 Days and we received our order. and crisp embroidery. Highly Recommended.
