Your center is very well organized, clean, and keeps proper social distance rules. Service was fast and efficient. I use to go to other QD facilities, but our experience here today was great. My daughter and I were served by the same technician and he was very professional, polite, with great customer service skills. I do not remember his name, but he is a young guy with Uruguayan ancestry

I went without an appointment so it took me over an hour to be seen which I expected it anyways. Staff was very friendly and organized. But bathrooms had no paper towels and were kinda of messy.

I made an appointment and pre-registered online. I checked in through the portable device in the lobby and was instructed to be seated. I was seen right at my appointment time and left in within 15 minutes! My lab assistant was Marcia, and she was an absolute professional! I give this review 5 stars because my experience was absolutely seamless. Place was clean, staff was friendly and visit was quicker than most places.

I’ve been to several Quest centers in Miami, and this one on 120th Street is the best managed center I’ve experienced.
Everyone is very professional, it’s well managed, efficient and very clean. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
