Charlie's is as good as it gets. They made my whole car wreck recovery experience a lot less horrifying. Amy, with her patient and thorough and nearly endless efforts to help resolve the admin side of my issue and Javier, who took the time to really help me understand my options and accommodate my situation far beyond the basics, as well as all of the angels in the shop I might not have met who contributed such masterful work making my previously crunched car look brand new- this team is the manifestation of professionalism and integrity. Plus, the work has a lifetime warranty! Thank you, all of you, for your commitment to quality. May Miami take a page from your work ethic playbook.

Fantastic work!!! Great pricing and best of all a pleasure to deal with. Usually the process of going to a body shop is due to a bad situation, but the staff at Charlie's made it smooth. They delt directly with my insurance company and would inform me of any changes as soon as they happened. Having an on-site rental was great. No hassle in trying to get a ride or Uber to a rental car location. I want to thank Javier, Juan Jr. and Juan Sr. for there attention to detail and great work.

Wow Wow Wow. This place is amazing. Let me start first saying that the costumer service is great and they are very professional. I went to this place after passing over, at least, 5 more places giving me a mind blowing price for a small scratch in my car. Every other place that I went offered me to change the whole side of my car just because of the scratch and Charlie's was able to repair it and make it look like new. The did it in less time than expected and the car looks awesome again. This place is flawless. Amazing experience. I recommend it to everyone. BTW I got to them because of the good reviews they had on google.
