  Came in this evening after work. I immediately noticed a change. It was cleaner and the employees were actually smiling. I met the new General Manger Sean and I am now excited to come back. It's good to know when I get off work they'll actually be open!! Kudos to New management

  Wingstop on game day is really a mixed bag. The wings NEVER disappoint. The service is up and down. Most times it may be the result of staffing. I was able to place my order for pickup to avoid any disappointment. Calling ahead and/or trying to make the order online seem like the way to go for the delectable fried morsels of goodness.

  Food here is always hot and correct when I pick up, so definitely points for that! However, you can tell this location is suffering right along with multiple other retail and food chains. I tried ordering few nights ago and I walked in and what seemed to be a manager and 1 crew member in there, I was greeted immediately with "We're closed, sorry, hopefully we will have a full shift tomorrow."
  
  Then tonight I went back and they were open but I witnessed the gentlemen who was working the cashier, complaining a few times outloud about how he didn't want to work or be there as well as using profanity in front of customers, which is unprofessional. I understand we are all human, but this is job you choose to serve others, so leave outside emotions at the door so you may do your best in serving that customer.

  Wings are great and tenders are too! The fries are the best and don't forget the ranch sauce!

  Ariel surveyed what became our 46.6 Bertram Motor Yacht. He proved to be knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He was more than willing to work with our timelines and answer any questions we had. This help made the purchase logistics easy; almost enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ariel and his associates.

  I have used Captain Ariel and to survey multiple boats that I manage for private owners. He is always on time and does great work. He is very thorough with his inspections and was very helpful in letting me know what was wrong with one of the boats that one of my clients was thinking of buying. The fact that he is a diver and can inspect the hull in the water is very helpful and saved me haul out fees. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Capt Ariel is the consummate professional. We needed a survey done yesterday. A friend recommended him and he came out early on a Sunday to get it done. He produced a comprehensive report in just two days despite having dozens of others surveys on his plate. If you need a survey done he is the man!!!

  I recently purchased a new boat and it was on order for a few months. It finally came in and I called Ariel to do a survey on my new boat from the dealer. At first I was hesitant in needing a survey on a new boat. However, It is the best thing we could ever have done. Ariel was punctual, knowledgeable and very informative. Best money we could of spent. Overall he found a few things that in the long run if we did not point out to the dealer it would of cost a lot more money to fix. Thank you Ariel we will definitely keep your number handy.

  My son and I had a great time on our fishing trip through the Everglades with Cpt. Ariel. He had a great attitude and was very professional. Most importantly he was awesome with my son, showing him lots of tips and tricks, and always treating him kindly and with patience. We caught plenty of fish and everyone went home very happy. My son commented the next day that it was his "best day ever." Highly recommend taking a fishing trip with Captain Ariel. We're already planning our next trip with him for some saltwater back country fishing.
