I have worked with Optamiss on two roof projects. The first was when my Condominium Association replaced our roof system. Amilly and her staff were very professional and pro-active. They provided our Manager and board members with detailed, easy to read documents. This made it easy for us, as a board to understand what our entire project entailed. From start to finish the entire re-roof ran smoothly.

Amilly and or her staff were onsite for all inspections as promised. They also now do an annual inspection of our roof system for us.

Since I personally had such a good experience with Amilly Alvarez-Washington and her staff, I recommended them to the Board of the condo warehouse where I work. My boss, a general contractor, immediately felt comfortable working with Optamiss. Each meeting with the owners of the units has gone well to date. The presentations, including the options of roof products and systems was well done and each owner felt that there is a good level of comfort with this company. Three of the owners are General Contractors. and all three were very impressed with Optamiss and that says a lot coming from them.

I was on the Board of Fisher Island's Bayside Village Association when we decided to bring OptaMiss on Board to help oversee the roof replacement project. For starters, they did a thorough analysis of the roofing work done versus what had actually been contracted for. They put together a punch list report of the work items still pending and another detailing work had which had been billed to us but not completed. As experienced roof consultants, they were able to perform quality control inspections of our tile roofs and give us weekly progress reports, including wonderful drone shots. They did an excellent job and were later hired to sound out and inspect the concrete restoration work.

I have found their annual roof inspections to be very thorough. Not only do they include a sketch of the roof with the locations of the problem areas, they also give us an aerial photo. If you want good reporting, give Optamiss a call.
