  its a good place to live the community is safe but parking is kind of limited but over all decent place to live

  This is my second time living out here. My first time was when my ex wife was the property manager. She had to many rules and etc. Now I'm out here on my own staff very friendly and helpful. Just need to keep grounds clean better but overall it a very great and not expensive.

  I’ve been a resident at sunset bay apartments for three years and I must say from the affordable price, management team, to maintenance, the staff is great. The upkeep of the property is always well kept. Any issues that I presented were taken care of in a timely matter and not delayed.i feel safe, and secure with calling sunset bay apartments home.
