(November 3, 2019, 10:17 pm)Its $5 a day. You can also make a deal for a monthly rate. Or you can be trained by someone but it costs extra. They spar with you and hold pads, plus watch your technique. The gym has new bags they just put up (all of them) as of 8/17/2018. They do have weights, weighted balls, dumbbells, speed bag posts, and multiple different types of bags. Everyone here is just working, sweating and grinding it out.
