Great doctor!!

He is easy to talk to. He is a just and moral professional that understands mental illness well. He politely states goals and is willing to collaborate on medicines that are customized towards his patients needs. He CARES about all his patients and believes in us doing better and prevents crisis. The one staff member is amazing nice but somewhat lacks professionalism. Answering emails and/or calling back will not be in a timely matter or you won’t hear from the staff at all. Appointments are not managed well and urgent patient paperwork gets done but without touching base to ease a patient’s mind with days passing by without a word from staff. I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 3 because I believe to have an effective business; you must hire people willing to try or preteens to work. Very sweet woman though.

UPDATE: I am changing the stars because he has since hired an approachable and well qualified Office Manager called Jenny. He is becoming very popular and with that comes more business and more wait times. He should add an extra day because wait times can be intolerable at times. Suffering from Fibromyalgia I could use a couch or a comfortable chair while waiting. Also the waiting room tv is never on.
