During a "shelter in place" advisory Our 25 year old washer broke down and was unrepairable. My repairman who gave me the sad news recommended Speed Queen and Scott's Appliances, so I called them. The folks at Scotts were extraordinarily helpful and over the phone guided me in the selection of a washer suitable for our needs. Then, they quickly contacted their delivery driver to pick up one more washer at their warehouse. Unbelievably, within 50 minutes from my original phone call, my new washer was installed and in operation. I highly recommend Scotts Appliances. This is incredible service under normal conditions, and given the present situation, this is outstanding service to the customer beyond what would ever be expected.
These people are simply the best. The installers are always professional and do a great job and it’s really nice to go in and buy something from people that know what they’re talking about. Thank you Scott Appliances
