  I used to have my cloths sent to the dry cleaning company of my office building. Due to the COVID pandemic and working from home I recently switched to Sudsies and I was SO impressed by their customer service and efficiency.
  The staff and management are true professionals and the consistency in their service is remarkable. Couple of things that stood out:
  1. A warm and genuine greeting every time I entered the store, no matter who is behind the counter.
  2. A personal note I received in my mailbox thanking me for their business.
  3. The follow ups through text message and questions answers in no time!
  4. A follow up call from the GM.
  
  Amazing work from the entire team and the management! Prices may be a little bit higher, but quality and service are so important, I used cheaper one in the past and lost many pants/shirts due to lack of care.
  Keep up the great work!! I am sure you guys will open more and more locations!

  Due to my profession, I frequently need my suits dry cleaned. Sudsies provides excellent service and quality. The convenience is unmatched with their free pick-up and delivery. Very pleased with the service. Luis is a fantastic brand ambassador and contact to make sure you are well cared for and your clothes are in the best shape possible.

  Mr. Alex whom is a staff member of Sudsies dry cleaning company has shown amazing service, from good morning to a hand shake of good bye, clothes always comes on time, fresh and ready to shine for me and my residents.
