Doctor Kyle Petersen assisted me at the Baptist Miami Lakes location. He was very professional and helpful. He made me feel calm during my dizzy spells and stayed with me until the dizzy spells were gone. He is a very patient doctor. He explained my condition well and showed me the exercises I had to complete at home to rid myself of the vertigo spells. I am very thankful to him as I was able to return to work the day after.

7/24 Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The doctor who was seeing patients tonight was excellent and the staff was friendly and sweet. Especially the girl at the front who gave the initial documentation to me. The tech who took the vitals was also very friendly. The whole process was speedy and awesome :) they even have a vending machine for the medication.

The service is good and expeditious compared to other facilities I have visited.

This facility does it well! Every time my daughter gets sick, I take her here and they see us super quick, there is ample parking, the nurses and doctors go above and beyond to make the visit easier when you are dealing with toddlers. I rather come here than to an ER room. This place gives faster service with great customer care.

Great environment and fast attention. They go directly to the point in order to help the patient.
I strongly recommend this place if you have any minor problem but you don’t want to go stray to the hospital, the physicians are capable to send you medications.
