Cycle Zone

This is a boutique gym. They are known as the hidden gym, but in reality they are the hidden gem. Cycling community is very fun and great to be a part of. Cyclezonemiami definitely provides the environment for community. I am always greeted with smiles , and it’s intimate to get to know fellow consistent riders that is supportive or account each other. The service , and the instructors are amazing. Ashley and Marquis has created a phenomenal enterprise that is family friendly and the workouts are great fun and challenging to see results. Their style is unique and they invite the creativity of their instructors to give us a great workout. My problems are out the door, and the music selection and styles are great. Marino and Zaida, Viv, and Allison, are amazing! There is quality here, and I’ve been to other commercial market gyms, this is definitely like no other. :)

Came here for the stretch yoga class. what an amazing experience! with great explanation and a comfortable setting Libby made my 2nd class a worthwhile experience. the class had a small level of difficulty but we were given alternatives if we couldnt meet that physical standard of any movement or pose that wasnt for the group. i would recommend these classes for anyone and everyone from novice to experienced. PHENOMENAL VIBES!

Let me start by saying this place is amazing ! Ashely and Marquis are so nice and helpful , I was so scared and nervous about my first day ( and I walked in 5 mins late) which I never do, always try and go on Time so you can adjust your bikes and warm up , but still Ashely helped me adjust my bike she quickly went over a few things with me and I felt really comfortable. Marquis is also amazing ,each class feels different which I love . I can’t write in detail everything cause I can go on and on about how great it is and I’m so glad I found Cycle Zone and Not only do they spin it’s like a whole body workout I love that they incorporate arms into the class while we are spinning. Great place!!

Couldn’t be happier about having found this amazing class. I’ve taken spinning classes before (private studios, popular gyms) and no spinning class has ever compared to what you will find at Cycle Zone. Ashley, Marquis and the crew show their passion as instructors and it shows. In this class you will find the ride of your life, and the best workout head to toe. Always keeping it fun and new (don’t think I’ve heard the same song twice yet), while also watching your positions and making sure you’re doing it right so you don’t injure yourself. If you’re looking for a spinning class you’ll love, this is the one!
